At this time, we are unable to take phone orders. All orders must be placed online. We apologize for any inconvenience. HOW TO ORDER: Click on the "Add to Cart" button located under the item's description. On many items, there is a drop-down menu box for flavor etc. desired. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All information is kept strictly confidential and will NEVER be given or sold to ANYONE! SHIPPING:We offer USPS PRIORITY and USPS EXPRESS for the U.S.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS are sent USPS Air (post office) and are charged a minimum of $25.00 shipping and handling based on a small 1 lb. package. Larger, heavier packages will have additional fees added later, if necessary, according to size and weight. This method can take 1 to 2 weeks or more. We have no control over the speed of the domestic and foreign post offices or the possibilities of delays in customs. International shipments do not offer tracking. EXPEDITED or "RUSH" ORDERS:
Our cut-off time for "SAME DAY" process/ship-out for EXPRESS orders only, is 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. If we have a problem with your order and are unable to contact you, there will be a delay. Please make sure that we have all contact numbers for you and please check your e-mails.
You MUST meet a $25.00 minimum purchase for us to "rush" a shipment. We cannot guarantee a same day ship out under this amount.
A small handling fee is added into the fee.
Additional charges may be added for overweight or oversize packages. ****PROCESSING TIME AND AVAILABILITY****: The standard time it takes for an item to be printed, processed, packaged, labeled, pulled from the warehouse and shipped out of our store is 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS (M-F -closed weekends & holidays). If there is a problem with your order, we will try and contact you ASAP. We try to get them out faster, but sometimes it's pretty busy and we do the best we can. On "slow days", we can sometimes send them out the same day or the next. If you need your purchase by a certain date, please let us know the date you need them in the "special requests box" on your order form. We will try to get them by that date or contact you and inform you of the correct shipping choice. Extra shipping and handling fees will be added to oversized and extra heavy packages. RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Any returned package must be unopened and "returned to sender" within 1 week. We will not accept, nor refund, opened packages. We do not refund shipping and handling as that is not ours to keep and has already gone to the shippers. We have a $6.00 restocking fee for the labor and paperwork involved. PHONE ORDERS: We offer secure online ordering. We have a $25.00 minimum for all PHONE orders.
